Guidance and Advice Since 1998

 

After a 20+ year career in the insurance industry, including a successful term as a senior underwriter with The St. Paul Company, in the summer of 1998, Ms. Dale Sharpe-Jenkins elected to take her skill set and unique understanding of the marketplace to start her own insurance brokerage and consulting firm. Since that time, The Jenkins Agency Inc. has experienced significant growth and currently provides key consulting and risk management solutions to business owners large and small, government agencies and non-profit institutions. 

In 1999, Ms. Sharpe-Jenkins did her under graduate work at UTA then earned her Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) designation and a Master of Science degree in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from the Creighton University School of Law. The Jenkins Agency Inc. became incorporated in 2001 and obtained its DBE designation in 2002. Our DBE, SBE and HUB certification have allowed her to partner with some of America's largest risk consulting firms and have led to a thriving consulting practice. Currently, Ms. Jenkins also serves as a lecturer at The University of North Texas.

As a management consultant, Mr. Jeff S. Jenkins provides strategic, unbiased and objective advisory services that assist organizations improve productivity, performance, marketing and human resources, with an emphasis on managing risks and costs. Mr. Jenkins assumed a leadership role within The Jenkins Agency Inc. June of 2000 and his clients include The City of Dallas, DISD, DART, DCCCD, DFW Airport and Fort Worth ISD.
